As a successful, growing Firm we want to recruit a Senior Pensions Administrator in our Basingstoke office.  The role will involve general day-to-day administration across a number of schemes together with ad-hoc projects and annual events.  The role will suit someone who is looking for a new challenge.

 

The ideal candidate will have

  • excellent pensions knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB)
  • excellent attention to detail
  • great organisational skills; and
  • good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels, including with pension scheme members and corporate clients

You will be working in a friendly and supportive team and have a great working environment together with the opportuity to work in a Firm that has demonstrated consistent growth within the industry. Day-to- work includes 

  • processing DB pension calculations including retirements, pension and death benefits
  • checking transfer value statements
  • drafting letters and reports
  • managing and checking trustee bank accounts
  • reviewing work practices and suggesting enhancements
  • keeping up to date with the ever changing world of pensions and
  • dealing with a variety of third parties
